This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit gravinehomes.it or get in touch with Gravine Homes, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR").
1. Data controller
The data controller is L3 s.r.l.s. (trading as "Gravine Homes").
Registered office: Via Cristoforo Colombo 9, 74014 Laterza (TA), Italy.
VAT / Tax code: 03338810736.
Email: elletresrls@gmail.com
Phone / WhatsApp: +39 339 459 1656
2. Personal data we process
We process the data you choose to give us when you contact us, namely:
- through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, the house you are interested in and any message you write;
- through email or WhatsApp: your contact details and whatever information you decide to share with us.
The site does not profile visitors and does not collect special categories of data. Please do not include information in your message that is unnecessary or particularly sensitive.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to enquiries and booking requests and handling pre-contractual contact: legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) for submitting the form;
- Meeting legal obligations (for example tax and administrative requirements): legal basis Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. How we process data, and who receives it
Data is processed using IT systems, with appropriate measures in place to keep it secure and confidential. To provide the service we rely on suppliers acting either as processors or as controllers in their own right, including:
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) — technical handling of contact form submissions;
- Netsons S.r.l. — website hosting;
- Meta Platforms — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.
When you book through an external platform (Booking.com, Airbnb), the processing of your data on those platforms is governed by their own privacy notices. We do not publish your data or pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some suppliers (for example Formspree and Meta) may process data outside the European Union. Where this happens, the transfer is based on the appropriate safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR (Articles 44 onwards) — for example, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep data
Data collected when you contact us is kept for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and, if you stay with us, for as long as our contractual and legal obligations require. Data relating to enquiries that do not lead to a booking is kept for a limited period and then deleted.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdrawing your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal). To do so, write to elletresrls@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the authority in your own country of residence.
8. Cookies
As things stand, the site is static and uses only the strictly necessary cookies needed to make it work, with no profiling or tracking cookies: this is why there is no consent banner. Should we introduce analytics or third-party tools in future (such as statistics or maps), this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
This notice may be updated over time; any changes will be published on this page.
